Open the Wear OS app on your phone and tap the Settings icon.
Open the Tiles section, which has four options: Add, Edit, Remove and View History (shown below). The first two options are self-explanatory; they’ll help you add or remove tiles from your watch’s screen.
The third option allows you to view all of your previous changes in case you need to go back to them again later—and finally, there’s an option for viewing history so that if something goes wrong with one of these new tile sets (or any other part of Wear OS), then there will be no harm done!
Tap Tiles
To add and customize tiles, tap Tiles. The WearOS app is on your phone, so you can’t add or customize tiles from the watch.
To add a tile:
Tap Plus at the bottom of your screen (or swipe up from home). From there, you’ll see all of your installed apps in alphabetical order by category.
If you don’t see any apps listed here, tap Menu > All Apps to see all of them again; this may take several seconds if you have a lot installed!
Tap the plus sign to add tiles from the list of available options

You’ll see a list of all your existing smartwatch apps and watch faces, along with some basic information about each one: name, description, number of times it has been launched (if applicable), and whether it is currently active or not.
The app’s icon will also be displayed in the top-left corner of this screen.

If you’re using a Watch face with multiple images per screen, use the “+” icon next to each watch face to add more photos individually.
You can have more tiles on your WearOS watch than the default ones
There are a few things you can do to add and customize tiles on your WearOS watch. First, if you’re like most people who have more than one smartwatch, there’s no reason not to add more than the default five or six.
Second, if you’d like to customize the appearance of each tile (for example: by changing its background image), this is also possible.
Thirdly, if there’s something specific about a particular app that makes it worth keeping on your watch—such as an alarm clock app or messaging app—you can choose whether or not it should be included in this list by changing its name within the Settings menu on Wear OS devices running version 2.5+.
