How to save Facebook videos to phone gallery (2 Easy methods)

HOW TO SAVE FACEBOOK VIDEOS TO PHONE GALLERY

In this guide, you’ll find two easy ways to download or save Facebook videos to your mobile device with and without an app.

Watching videos on Facebook can be fun. It’s an excellent way to pass time. But what happens when you want to see that funny cat video later?

Unlike how you can download Facebook pictures to your mobile device in a few easy clicks, videos on Facebook don’t work that way.

Many times, lots of Facebook users don’t understand the function of the “Save Video” option. It doesn’t save videos to your device. Instead, it saves videos on Facebook to watch later.

When you download or save Facebook videos to your phone gallery, you can watch them later on your mobile device without an internet connection or logging into Facebook.

Having a copy of the video on your device also makes it easy to share with other people without the need of checking through your long list of the Facebook newsfeed.

Enough intro already…

If you want to know how to download Facebook videos on Android without any software, or how to save videos from Facebook to your phone (which is practically the same thing), follow this step-by-step guide to the end.

FAQ

Can You Download a Video from Facebook?

Yes, you can download a video from Facebook as long as it has been set to public.

Mac, Windows, and Android users just have to modify the video link after copying it, while iPhone users will have to use an app like MyMedia.

Facebook also has a Save video option that appears when you click on the three-dot icon at the top of the video post. However, this does not save the video on your device but merely saves it on the app so you can watch it later.
